I have stayed here several times a year, and every visit has been wonderful! The staff is always personable, pleasant, and genuinely dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. During my most recent stay, I experienced an extenuating circumstance, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help truly meant so much to me. It is that level of personal care and hospitality that keeps me coming back. The hotel itself is peaceful, in a perfect location, and offers the convenience of easy parking, usually right at your doorstep. It is also conveniently located near the beach and Carlsbad Village, making it an ideal place to stay. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. I will continue to return again and again. It is a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, and that makes all the difference. Highly recom

1 bed was noise springs when sitting to sleeping rolling over. Other bed was better, we slept on that one. No coffee maker, no microwave it did have a mini fridge for our water and meds. The outside was looking like up keep probably was needed. Location was great for walking and easy from the busy area to find and park. For the price it was OK, no worse or better than a motel 6.

The room was dirty. I spilled water and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black from dirt. Walls and doors were filthy so soap or shampoo was in the room. Pillows were flat and old. It could be a real nice motel if they painted and cleaned the floors. The towels were thin and old!! The representation in Expedia is false. I would not put your name behind it!!! The shower was clean enough!! They take dogs but they have no place for them to go potty. The comments on Expedia Have to be false!!!!

Yo, the wife and husband who work the front desk are by far the most pleasant people to work with when checking into a motel and make it very fast very easy and you're in and out of their office really quick and on to your room for a wonderful stay

It’s all about location and this has it. Walking to village is the best, it’s a motel could use some work but we came to be walking distance and that is great! We had larger room which was great size. We prefer 2 queen beds but doubles are standard in lots of chains.would probably use again!

It was a pleasure to CJ there he is just really a friendly face that makes you wanna come back to a place like that he takes care. They are on the spot they make it clean. It is nice. I would definitely recommend 500% to come rent a room for this place five stars I could give six I would.
