"House is cute and in a nice walkable neighborhood. The upstairs of the home (kit, living room, dining) was nice. Owners had a great coffee area set up, only thing was there were not coffee filters, so we didn't get to take advantages of the coffee. The downstairs was disappointing, the carpet is stained and the downstairs area smells. I guess this is good for those who have their pets (which we did not). "This was a great property in a new area of town. Very clean. Easy to get to. Well stocked. Was a perfect place for our group to experience New Mexico and close to Carlsbad Caverns, which were amazing!"
