"The room had a mildew smell. Luckily I had some ozium in my car. A huge spider appeared in the bathroom while I was showering. My boyfriend had to come in and kill it. lol. Not a bad stay would stay again if rates were cheaper as it is not as fancy as it looks or sounds."
"The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, we could ask at the front desk and they would take care of it. It was very clean. The property is undergoing a remodel so there were things around outside related to that. We had an issue with our air conditioner. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we could the next morning and maintenance was to our room very quickly. He changed out the unit right away. "
"Location and property were great! Close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National and Sitting Bull Falls parks. Townhome was fully loaded and sits on river with nice park to walk dogs right down the road! Easy check in/out process! Thanks for hosting us!"
