House adjoining the owner's house. Ground floor: Living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a single bed (90 cm) in the bedroom, and the other with a queen-size bed. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Oil-fired central heating. Air conditioning in the upstairs hallway.
Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi internet connection.
Unfenced grounds with garden furniture. Outdoor games: swing set, small tractor, small playhouse, balls, badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks, mölkky.
Baby equipment: crib, high chair, baby bath.
End-of-stay cleaning: €50, Sheets: €10/bed, Towels: €8/person, Pet supplement: €5/day. Located in the Dordogne Valley, this peaceful cottage is in the countryside. Close to all the world-famous tourist sites of the Périgord Noir, such as the medieval town of Sarlat (12 km), Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-les-Bains, the capital of prehistory, and the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac (20 km) in the Vézère Valley, or Padirac or Rocamadour in the Lot. Numerous outdoor activities nearby: swimming, fishing, and canoeing on the river, hiking, and more.
