"The property did have most of the things that we required, even though it was a bit basic, in my opinion it could have been a bit more cosy and comfortable. The property was not as clean as it possibly should have been (considering we received a email requesting that we leave it 'clean and tidy, as we found it', but the cobwebs had been there for a while. With that said, we still had a good stay and enjoyed our visit, be aware that it is a little remote."

"My wife, I, and our cavvie had a great stay in Gorlech Cottage - plenty big enough for the 3 of us, a fully enclosed patio/mini-lawn area the hound can be let outside into without constant supervision and a very nice pub just down the road in Brechfa. Would very much use again if/when we go back to the area!"

"Lovely cottage. Clean but not quite spotless. Beds really comfy. Had bottle of wine, crisps & chocolate left for us which was nice touch. Parking is at the start of the lane but we were able to reverse car down to unload & load. Good location. Walking distance to local beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed with friends at Castell Y Waun for a week during the Easter holidays - 8 of us altogether. The property itself was fantastic for our 2 families; spacious but cosy, and really clean. The bedrooms were all decorated beautifully and the beds so comfortable and the hot tub fabulous! We arrived to be met by the owners who were very friendly and we found a lovely hamper with welcome goodies - a lovely touch! The location of the property was super - so close to many beautiful castles,...

"The barn is wonderful and was exactly what we’d hoped for. It’s walkable to Laugharne but otherwise takes a little over 5 minutes to drive. Andrew was great and sent helpful info prior to the stay. He was incredibly welcoming and even left a lovely little hamper. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. I can’t think of anything negative to add as it all worked really well. You won’t regret booking it."
