"The house was very clean and the property manager was extremely responsive to anything that came up. The only negatives were that it was a little off how long the cleaning staff was there every da. They seemed to hang out in the laundry room waiting for the wash to cycle - meaning that there wasn’t a lot of privacy at the house "

"Aves is absolutely beautiful. Quite a bit more modern than the general vibe of the area, which was just great for me. The room, the pool, etc. were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, but what really made it great was the staff. Mike, the owner, and his crew were phenomenal. They helped us out in numerous ways, including arranging tours, taxis, and massages. It was a genuine pleasure to get to know them. I would gladly go back again, and again. "

The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room.
