"Great"

"The Drury Inn in Knoxville was simply marvelous. After several travel days where our hotels were mediocre to just plain awful, this was exactly what we needed. Their Happy Hour was well managed and the staff so very attentive and genuinely happy. Breakfast was nothing like the standard packaged carbs and watered down coffee. My husband said the coffee was excellent! When you figure two dinners and two breakfasts, this was beyond economical."

"Elevators were out and no communication on when they would be fixed and no 1st floor rooms. We should have just cancelled staying there as someone in our party has bad knees. There was no attempt to get us a 1 st floor for any of the nights."

"Convenient, clean and quiet"

"There was no comforter one one of the beds only a loose sheet, the receptionist pulled a dirty fuzzy blanket out for us to use."

"Friendly staff "

"It says no smoking but the whole hallway smelt like pot smoke and cigarettes. It’s loud, dirty, could feel dirt in the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. It’s a place to rest your head after a long day of travel and that’s about it. If we didn’t get there until midnight I probably would have booked elsewhere. "

"Staff was lovely, breakfast as expected. Very pet friendly. Negative was that our shower had mold on one of the walls."

"You can tell the owner of this hotel cares about the property and guests. Clean, safe, remodeled, with a friendly staff, especially Wayne."
