The location great, the building newly remodeled and very clean. It is a self check in and is unstaffed. Rooms are tight. Overall a good value for the money.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Definitely would stay here again. Clean, small boutique-type hotel in excellent old town Seville location. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful with questions and tips. Due to travel delays we arrived at 2am and the night desk fellow (Daniel) was waiting for us. Our room was clean with comfortable mattress. Highly recommend!

"We highly recommend this hotel. It’s historic and very charming. It was unique and had a unique layout. Cobblestone streets within the property itself. Great staff, amenities, the included breakfast was too notch, the rooms were clean and walking distance from almost anywhere in Seville."
