Great rental, hot tub was clean/had strong jets/seemed like newer model. nice neighborhood was good for walking. Nice back deck and patio furniture. Beds were comfortable. Would rent again. Location close to tahoe city and even closer to beach at skylandia. Close to garwoods too restaurant wise.

This is a lovely property. House is new, clean, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious - bedrooms don't share walls. No AC, so be sure to shut house during the day and open in the evening. Everything you need to cook. Nice patio and hot tub. Good communication, quick response when we had a question and needed some help. Highly recommend this property!
