Eagles Perch Cabin - Pano Lake Views, Fido Friendly

Located on a quiet private road, the Eagles Perch is a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom lake view cabin that features panoramic lake views, large exterior redwood deck overlooking the lake, cathedral ceilings, rock fireplace, and ample winter parking.

*For weddings and family reunion groups, the vacation home is next door to the Luna del Lago Luxury Home and about 10 houses away from the Butterfield Rental Home.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Cozy cabin with breathtaking views

The cabin was easy to get to and close to everything. However when ur inside it feels so quiet and peaceful. Ample living space and one of the prettiest views of the lake. We loved it and would definitely return.

Our family came to have some R&R and celebrate our sons birthday. The home had wonderful amenities and the great room with the lake view was the perfect setting for meals, playing card games and drinking our morning coffee and taking it all in. We brought our dog Enzo as well and the neighborhood was great for taking him out on walks. We are already looking at are next stay!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us and everything in the house was great. One drawback is the two dogs next door that bark the entire time they are outside which was often.

Relaxing getaway

Great home for our annual ladies getaway! House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beautiful views of Tahoe and a quiet neighborhood. Close 1.3 mile walk to Gar Woods for lunch. Perfect place to relax and reconnect.

Family December birthday's celebration

We celebrated the 4 December birthdays we have. We had a great time making memories with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The cabin was very clean. We loved the location where we felt secluded. It had an awesome view of the lake. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Beautiful Cabin

Peaceful property, surrounded by beautiful trees and a gorgeous view of the lake! The only downside was we encountered a ton of spiders inside the house, but that’s not uncommon while staying in the woods. I do believe a king bed was advertised when we booked, but all of the single beds were queen sized (per the sheets on each). Communication with property management was simple and efficient. Eight adults slept comfortably here.

Great place! The sun rises and sets were awesome, the view is fantastic. Definitely would go back. The kitchen is dated and small, but is has everything you need in abundance.

Ski vacation trip

The house is in a really good location and has beautiful views. It’s a continent drive to Alpine or Pallisades. Overall the interior is a little dated and especially the kitchen needs some upgrades in our opinion. Careful, if you come with a dog, they need to be under permanent supervision or in a kennel when left alone. Not so much a problem for us, but might be for some travelers with pets. Communication with the agent was good and easy.

Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!

Great place for relaxation and recuperation

It has been four years since my wife and I took a breather from our everyday life hassles, and we just needed to get away from it all. Carnelian Bay was a perfect getaway place to relax and have some down time, plus share it with our dog. Highly recommended environment for convenience and received professionalism from property management. We hope to revisit again.

Perched in the winter at Eagles Perch

Easy check-in streets were plowed. Cabin was very comfortable. Nice great room comfortable chairs nice deck although we didn’t use it because it was winter. Insane view of the lake picture perfect stay. Had a couple of dogs they loved running around very very close to Safeway and shopping. No more than 10 minutes. here’s a tip eat at the old post office Café for breakfast locals love it and for good reason!

Great neighborhood. Beautiful view. Comfortable house. Close to town and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan. Would definitely recommend. One thing I will mention is that there are a lot of stairs down to 3 of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom with just 3 stairs down from the main level but the bathroom on main level doesn’t accommodate assistive equipment and has a tub with shower but needs a safety rail.
