Summary:
Enjoy your family time in this unique, spacious, and remodeled home! Bbq on the back deck, entertain in the dining area while enjoying the gas fire place and seeing all the fun around by looking up into the game room and loft area. Play a game of pool while watching the 90 inch smart tv and playing an arcade game. 5 smart TVs throughout! Located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, close to top restaurants including Garwoods and Watermans Landing. Explore nearby trails for hiking, mountain biking, or snowmobiling, and hit the slopes at Northstar, Palisades, and Diamond Peak, all just minutes away.

The Space:
Open floor plan. Family and friends unite and enjoy the home with all there is to offer. Pool table, televisions, smart TVs, 90 inch tv, connect 4 on the wall, plenty of games, and even an arcade game.

Guest Access:
Several access points all accessible via keyless entry.

The Neighborhood:
Close to ski resorts, restaurants, Lake Tahoe, and lots of fun.

Getting Around:
All wheel drive vehicles are the best during the winter snow season. Chains are also okay. Please be sure to check with cal trans and host before coming up. Uber and Lyft are also good options.
