This hotel is located on the beach boardwalk. This is the best beach I visited in Spain. The taxi stop is right outside the hotel which was convenient. There are many restaurants located on the boardwalk but no shopping in the area. We had a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view.

It was a great small hotel , in a good position with excellent transport links . Easy to get into the city and with the beach on your doorstep . Restaurants a few steps away . The staff were helpful and polite. Good stay .

Located right on the beach with a sea view. Good for long excursions along the beach walk with many restaurants and an interesting city. Enjoyed the shower and clean, modern room. Thankful for the quality of the balcony doors and thick drapery, as the loud EDM music from nearby bars lasted most of the night, except on Monday. You could still feel the beat all night though. Delicious breakfast selection with view of the sea. Wished that the rooftop dipping pool was warm, but the view was sweet. Helpful and friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay at Neptuno!

Great location and staff, but very noisy

Positives - The location is great for the beach with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Beach is beautiful as is the scenery. The reception staff were extremely helpful, providing milk for tea, bowls, and a free late checkout. Answered any questions we had. Only 1.5 mile walk/run to the beautiful park. A tram station is right outside going into the city centre and airport. All ideal. Negatives - It is extremely noisy being so close to a nightclub with music and people shouting outside until 4-5am each night we stayed (Thursday-Sunday). One night the hotel glass door was even smashed. The rooms are also very small. Way too much furniture (two arm chairs, desk and coffee table) which meant zero floor space to walk around. Finally, we went out for the day and got back at 4pm to find our room still had not been cleaned so it messed up our plans. No idea why it could take so long for such a small hotel. All in all, great staff, beautiful beach and views, but very overpriced for what it is. Bring your ear plugs!

L’option du buffet déjeuner vaut la peine, offre de nourriture très satisfaisante et personnels très serviables et aimables. Vie que quartier résidentiel, petits restaurants et pharmacies près de la plage, accessibles facilement à la marche (~15 minutes). Downside pour le samedi: giga party DJ avec grande scène jusqu’à 2:00am, musique ultra forte malgré les fenêtres fermées et habituellement bien isolées. Parfait pour ceux qui aiment ce genre d’ambiance 😅
