We had 5 nights end October in the penthouse with outdoor terrace. The weather was great so the outdoor space was a real bonus. Note that there were steep internal steps up to the terrace, which some may find tricky if they have limited mobility or small kids. The apartment is modern and has all the appliances you may need. Lots of windows so is quite light on a nice day. Located very central and close to the Cathedral and Plazza. Lots of places to eat within a couple of hundred metres. The apartment felt safe, with a key to enter the building and a further key for the apartment. Only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure there are 3 of each item of glassware and crockery as it’s advertised as for 3 adults. Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome stay. The property is located in a beautiful, lively square, but inside the home is quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The place was so lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall a very nice property in a great location. But because there are no carpets or rugs in the units, you can hear every single sound in the unit above you. Spent 2 nights and got very little sleep.

Location was great!! Close to all main attractions. Apartment was smaller than it showed in the pictures. And there is no dryer for the clothes.

If you value comfort DO NOT stay here. Absolutely sterile. Bed hard as a rock you have to ask for dish or laundry soap. The only good thing is the location. Very walkable to cafes and sites. We were going to leave after 1 night. However Benoit did the best he could to make us more comfortable. He’s the only reason we stayed the 4 nights. Will never return. Reminded me of a college dorm.

Seems like a fairly new property, easy to get to - although you will likely be best off walking into the area with your bags, easy enough. Very clean and comfortable, a few pods for the Nespresso are there, always appreciated. Very accommodating staff. Overall great- we would stay there again!

amazing apartment at the hub

beautiful apartment, pristine condition, excellent location. A bit complicated to get there by car however with the instructions provided we got there. Excellent team. Very helpful and always nice to us.
