Good breakfast. Poor air conditioning. Noisy traffic when the window is open. Big TV but no working English channels apart from CNBC. Iron for a 10 Euro deposit but no table.

- Er is geen restaurant voor het avondeten, alleen een soort van cafetaria. - Het restaurant is niet volledig toereikend voor het grote aantal gasten - Jammer dat ik twee keer moest vragen om een bureaustoel die er niet was. - Jammer dat een wandcontactdoos na mijn melding niet gerepareerd is tijdens ons verblijf

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My friend is an English speaker and they spoke English to communicate with her. They checked us in a few hours earlier without any issue. The room was very clean and spacious. We left for a flight at 4am and they contacted the taxi service for us the night before to ensure that we had a taxi. They have a 24hr service desk which is super helpful. The hotel was close to everything and within the means of a 10-20 minute walk depending on your destination. I did not use a taxi for the local places. There are buses everywhere and a local train station. I recommend this hotel for your Valencia stay.
