"We arrive at our room and first thing we noticed was a stain on the pillows, the window was unable to close which meant it was cold in the room, shower pressure was so weak that we might as well not of had a shower, also to top it off there was a massive damp patch on the ceiling. Awful ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
