Overlooking Carnoustie Beach and the legendary golf course, this modern corner apartment is perfect for a golf holiday, family break or great place to stay if you’re in the area on business. Watch the sun rise over the sea from the south-east facing balcony or relax with a drink and take in the sea views after your busy day. You’re in ideal location for exploring the Angus coast and countryside, Dundee’s shops, museums, and heritage attractions, and of course, 18 holes of Scottish links golf.



This lovely apartment is decorated and furnished in muted tones, making the most of the light flooding in from French windows and a feature porthole. The open plan kitchen/living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and comfy sofa. The spacious bathroom offers a choice of a bath or shower. There are two attractive bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles.

LOCATION

Golf lovers have the entrance to the world-famous Carnoustie Golf Club outside the front door, and walkers and cyclists - you're on the Angus coastal path and the National Cycle Network Route 1. Everyone will enjoy the seafront and beach walkable in one direction, and appreciate the supermarkets, local shops, pubs, and cafes within walking distance in the other. The local area has attractions to suit all tastes. Choose from the very modern V&A Dundee, the majestic Glamis Castle, city shopping in Dundee or the nearby town of Arbroath steeped in history. Not forgetting several other first class golf courses within a short drive, including seven courses in St Andrews alone. Transport links are excellent, with a mainline train station and local bus stops close by, and Dundee Airport within 15 miles.
