Close to Hurley Hospital. They are working to improve the downtown area. It is Flint so a couple blocks away look run down but the area directly around it is looking good.

The staff was very kind, warm, and welcoming. My husband and I stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The set up was very cute and charming. However, the water is well water and the smell was nauseating. We filled up the tub and the well water smell filled the whole room. We only stayed in for a few mins because the smell was so strong. We turned on the fan to outside to circulate air as well as air in our room. The smell did not subside. The room was hot throughout the night even after we turned the heat off and set the temp to 62. We hardly got any sleep. Breakfast was also sub-par. No fruit was seen. Great people but not an enjoyable stay cause of the room conditions.

We stayed here for the first time over thanksgiving. When we checked in, the lady was nice. The room was perfect - clean, large, comfortable. The beds were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was good water pressure. The fridge and microwave in the room was nice. And the table and chairs was nice too. Checkout at 11 is also nice and late. The property was quiet - we never heard anyone else while we were there. We will always stay here for our future visits to Caro.

Woodyz is my favorite place to stay in Caro. The room is big, quiet, and the rates are typically better than other places in Caro. Been staying there for most of my visits to Caro for many years.

Great stay. Nice owners/workers. Clean room. Quiet stay. Ice machine didnt work during our stay that would be my only complaint. Love that breakfast goes till 10 allowing you to sleep in and still make it!

I liked that you could park right in front of the door to your room. The breakfast bar is clean, and quiet and offered just what you needed to start the day. The refrigerator in the rom was large enough to store the contents of our cooler and the beds were comfortable. The only negative is the location right on a main road with cars whizzing by.

Carpet was extremely dirty. Feet turned black. And I recall this same problem last year when we stayed. That was the onlyissue.

We give the Woodyzz Motel a 10!
My son got married in Fairgrove Michigan July 15th. My husband and I got a room at the Woodyzzz Motel. Our adult daughter and family also got a room. I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful people. Very friendly. Even bringing out sidewalk chalk for the grandchildren to draw on the sidewalk with. Also taking pictures of them. I highly recommend the Woodyzz Motel.
