This cozy and well-equipped retreat offers central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ensuring all the comforts and conveniences you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a dining table for four, a flat-top stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting living room features two comfortable couches, a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan—perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures.

The CODtage features two comfortable bedrooms: a primary with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan, and a second with a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed and ceiling fan—perfect for families. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a stacked washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. To enhance your experience, the cleaning fee includes towels, linens, and beach essentials like 5 beach towels, 2 adult and 2 children's beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach blanket, and 2 boogie boards.

*You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.

*Even though Carolina Beach is a safe place, there are security cameras onsite for added security and safety of our clients

*No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc.

*Those who SMOKE OR VAPE are not permitted for rental. No smoking or vaping-- indoor, outdoor or on-premises. This will result in a $500 fine.

*NO Pets - Due to severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.
