Island Time is an awesome private Carolina Beach 1 bedroom apartment- that was beautifully renovated for your enjoyment and relaxation! Remember you're on "island time" when you stay with us- and take advantage of all the cool things the CB area has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters! Take a stroll on the boardwalk while enjoying dinner, famous Brit's donuts, coffee shops, shopping & more BUT the best days are spent on the BEACH!!!

The Space:
-Kitchen well stocked with appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave)

-Attached deck with ground level lounge area

-Will supply all linens (except beach towels), hand soap, dish soap, paper/trash bags, coffee/tea.

-1 bedroom with King bed

-Full kitchen (coffee pot, electric kettle, pots/pans, dishes) and living area including flat screen (local stations, netflix, amazon and sling tv).

Guest Access:
-Back apartment unit accessed by steps

-Reserved parking space for 1 vehicle

-Ground level lounge area with hammock

-Outdoor shower is shared among all three cottages

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything with a nice mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at apartment

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
-Located 1 block (3 minute walk) from the beach with public access

-Perfect for a family, couple, staycation or weekend getaway

-Less than 45 mins to both downtown Wilmington and the airport

There is a ring security camara, at the entrance of this property

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Interaction with Guests:
All interactions with guests will be very helpful but minimal unless requested.
