"JUNIOR'S PLACE" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach - LOW PET FEE

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.

The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

Wash any used dishes. Please vacuum the floors if your pet has been shedding excessively (the vacuum is in the laundry room).
Sign out of any app you signed into on the television. Leave the key on the dining table and leave the front door unlocked. Text me at 336-259-1693 when you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Up to 2 pets for $60 non-refundable fee. Max of 1 over 50lbs. If your pet will be on the furniture or beds, PLEASE bring covers for them to rest on.
Smoking is allowed on the porch only and butts disposed of properly. ***If I smell weed in the house you will forfeit your security deposit***

Very clean, host was next door and let us know we could call if we needed anything. We didn’t but was comforting to know just the same. Juniors place was as advertised and took me back to when my uncle had a similar house in Carolina Beach. Off the beaten path far enough for peace and quiet but convenient to both Carolina and Kure beach.

Great day as always. We stay here when we go to the beach because the house is clean we can take our dog, with a decent pet fee. it’s only a block from the beach very convenient and love the house.

Nice little getaway cottage

Short walk to the beach and perfectly located to get to things in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We had everything we needed, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book future trips to this home.

Great vacation

We had a great visit to Carolina Beach. The house is small, but simple, clean and worked well for us and our two dogs. Quick walk to the beach, nice little backyard, loved the screen porch.

A perfect stay!

Junior's Place was perfect for us! Despite our trip being in peak season, the property was quiet and private. It was clean and comfortable, cozy, and close to everything we needed. It was one of the best beach rental experiences we've had. We will absolutely be looking to stay here next time we visit CB!

Great stay

Wonderful little house, perfect for the two of us and our dog. Property owner was friendly and made it easy to come and go. They left a book with some excellent food recommendations while we were there. Only thought is that some new pillows would be nice - the ones there were a bit past their prime.

Second time a charm

This made our second year staying at Juniors Place. This place is just right. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance. Food, entertainment, and most of all the beach. I have recommended Junior's Place to friends. Will stay here again.

2nd Wonderful Stay!

This was my husbands and I's second stay at this location. We especially love it as we are able to bring our 2 dogs with us. The property is always clean, and so close to the beach! We are making this our beach getaway every year. Could not recommend more.

Great little get away cottage. Excellent stay

Great location, just a short walk to the beach which was great, house is very clean and exactly as described. Great little get away for us and our large dog. Screened in porch was really nice place to sit and enjoy the evening. Thanks for letting us bring our dog without the expensive cost. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

The Best

This property was awesome. The location was perfect, it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the beach. The backyard was perfect for playing cornhole. I will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

Great place to stay

Juniors Place was exactly as expected. Everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach. Great location and nice neighborhood. Anita was very accommodating and quickly responded to all my questions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Pet friendly also. Our dogs loved it.
