This stunning oceanfront duplex offers everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. Private Pool and Hub Tub! The third-floor kitchen and dining room feature panoramic ocean views, a dining table that seats 12, and a kitchen bar with seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, and two 12-cup coffee makers, making it perfect for preparing and serving family meals. Just steps away, the spacious living room includes a wraparound couch, plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a wet bar with a mini fridge for entertaining.

The unit offers two luxurious oceanfront master suites on the second floor, each with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and jacuzzi tub. Both suites feature flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and access to the oceanfront deck. Additional second-floor bedrooms include one with two queen beds and a private street-side balcony, and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the third floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and a private street-side balcony and another with two queen beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double vanity sinks. Great family reunion

Overall, we enjoyed staying at the house this week. The main kitchen was very nice and the location was great (right on the beach with a nice pool and fantastic ocean views). Aside from a few minor issues, the biggest challenge was operating the elevator, which was surprisingly finicky. Jim was responsive and helpful.
