Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with large table, and large back deck with seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach, with beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels provided. I provide at least one of all extra amenities, such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc, anything beyond what I leave is on you to bring/buy. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an amazing trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors.

This property had everything we needed. It was very well decorated and aesthetically pleasing to relax in. The host was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Very short walk to the back. Awesome porches. Would defiantly return.

Property was well appointed. The front and back decks were wonderful. Beds were great. Plenty of seating in the family spaces. Host was very responsive to questions and request. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!
This was our second year staying at this property. It’s a great location, has everything you need, and the front porch and back patios are wonderful. Short 5-minute walk to the beach with life guard. We enjoyed our stay very much and owner is so thoughtful and accomdating!

A real pleasant place to stay, approximately 2 block from beach. Accommodated 10 house guest with plenty of room for all. The host was great to work with and addressed all our questions with prompt responses when contacted. Would recommend to all especially for large groups or family. We would definitely consider if another family vacation to Carolina beach is planned

Great for multiple families
We had a wonderful stay at 3 beaches. The house was updated, clean, and well thought out. I was impressed with the thoughtful set up of the house to accommodate multiple familes with children and pets. We've been renting beach houses in Carolina Beach for years and this is our favorite one we've found! There are gates on the porch, deck and around the entrances of the yard. It's great for keeping dogs and small children contained. I especially liked the guards under the benches on the back deck- it kept my crwing baby safe from going over the edge. The small yard is great for the dogs to get some energy out between walks. We had 7 adults and three kids under 7 and we all fit very comfortably. My brothers and their respective families took the basement apartments. They mentioned the beds were a little firm for their liking, but otherwise liked the bottom units. I stayed in the upper unit with my dad, husband and baby. We found all the beds upstairs very comfortable. During our stay we had one small issue where the keypad lock broke on us in the main unit. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. The location was excellent. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the boardwalk was a 10 min walk from the house. There are grocery stores nearby too. Overall this is a fantastic pick for a famy vacation. We hope to stay again next year!!

Great multi-family/friend space!
Had such a blast during our stay. We felt so at home with the chill vibe upon entering. The home is split into three units and it worked perfectly for a bachelorette party of 8. Plenty of space. Backyard was well maintained and no issues during our stay. So convenient in walking to the beach and bars. You can tell the owner put thought into the decor and functionality of the space. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place! Would definitely recommend!

Good location, walking to and from beach and boardwalk was great. AC in unit two didn't seem to work properly, condensation on floor in morning. Grills in back are almost unusable, not clean at all, I didn't expect perfect but those where bad. Did not call to complain, just giving honest review.
