"We always make our reservation in advance and I would highly recommend you do that. When we arrived at 7 pm the hotel was full with no more vacancies. That gives you an idea of all aspects of the hotel-excellent! PS: The breakfast buffet has something for everyone including make-your-own waffles. There are hot foods, cold foods, oatmeal w toppings, bagels w cream cheese, muffins and much more. There is an attendant to insure visitors they have everything they need. The coffee bar is complete w everything coffee, teas and hot chocolate packets. Gee, I’m hungry just telling you about the Park Inn breakfast! Go check it out!"

"The staff were great. The room? Let’s just say that I was worried about putting things down on certain things , like tables . I had to use one of my bath towels for the bathroom floor when I showered . When everything was dry , I swear the towel was black from the floor being so dirty . I bet even the cockroaches look elsewhere to go that’s cleaner . "

"This was the perfect spot for the halfway point in our roadtrip from Delaware to Florida! Waaaaay better than a hotel. The space was perfect. Plenty of room for our family of four. Right off I95.The host was amazing. She provided a nice coffee station, bottled water, and s'mores fixings and firewood. We stayed two separate nights(one the way down and the way back up) and this will definitely be our go to in the future. Comfy, cozy, and convenient!Thank you, Stacy!"

"Nice quiet country setting, but close to downtown Mullins. Lovely little cottage that’s comfy and clean! Have stayed there twice and would stay again!"

"Carpet dirty every floor, the breakfast not up to par. No staff, front desk nice. Last 2 visit under renovations, really. Wouldn’t stay there again!"
