Villa Malusida is a modern villa, with comfortable rooms and super-equipped, immersed in the a sea of olive trees, manicured, from where you can admire the view over the nearby beaches of the Adriatic Sea, distant a few minutes.
The large windows allow you to always have the view full of light, nature and beauty. The long swimming pool 60 square meters ends with a lovely gazebo furnished for dining and dine al fresco, in addition to prepare excellent grilled and the bbq.
The
interiors of the villa are well arranged, beautifully furnished and
decorated with design elements. The study color varies gently,
harmonising the separation between the day area and night area.

second bathroom with shower.

Malusida is in an exceptional location, between the countryside of
Carovigno and Ostuni, the famous White City. Salento. The sea of Torre Santa Sabina is only 3 kilometres, while the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto is just 7 kilometers.
The
city of Carovigno, with the charm of its history that surrounds the
beautiful historic centre, is located about 3 kilometres from the villa.
There you will find all the main services.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
