  • This private villa with pool sits at the end of a pine-lined driveway in the heart of Puglia's Salento region. You'll find yourselves surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and vegetable fields, with the coast just 6 km away and charming San Vito dei Normanni within 2 km.

    Built in the mid-19th century and completely renovated in 2023, the farmhouse blends historic architecture with modern comfort. Thick walls, vaulted ceilings reaching up to 5 metres high, and a deliberately clear, minimalist interior create a striking atmosphere. Two bedrooms and one studio accommodate up to six guests.



    The generous courtyard features a long swimming pool perfect for laps or splashing about, plus a small fruit and vegetable garden. Shaded spots throughout invite you to linger for a moment and enjoy the peaceful Italian countryside.
