The house is located in the historic center of Carpignano Salentino and is equipped with all comforts (air conditioner, heating, TV, equipped kitchen, microwave, large balcony, large wardrobe and chest of drawers).
The house is located on the 1st floor reached by stairs with independent entrance.
Being few meters away from the main square of the town, there are many shops and interesting sites near the villa, such as: bars, restaurants, banks, churches and museums.
Carpignano Salentino is one of the main places of the Salento "Grecìa", there are many places of interest a few km away:
Otranto, with its famous castle and the beautiful beaches of fine sand is 16 km away;
The beaches of Alimini, Frassanito, Specchiulla, Torre Sant'Andrea are 13 km away;
