"Let me start with entering the building itself. When you arrive, no one is there, and you’ll be greeted by a gate that won’t open until you enter a passcode. You need to use your cell phone to open it. If you have no service, it won’t work. There are only three parking spots, and the place is tiny, so if you have a bigger car, good luck. We had a Jeep, and it was very difficult to park every night. It was hard to get in and out quickly, so you have to stand there to keep the gate open. We had to ask the neighbor for help, and she was very annoyed. We're not the only ones who couldn’t get inside. I was supposed to receive a notification through Expedia on how to get in, but I never got any emails. We waited for an hour before anyone could help us, which was very disappointing. The bathroom had a strange smell like sewage. The room was okay, but there was no storage—just an old cabinet with four hangers. The whole place and inside smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall, the stay was good, thanks to the balcony and the great view."

"The property is beautiful, on-site parking always a bonus, and the rooms are adequate for what our needs were. The breakfast was a wonderful layout & staff was great. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was poor. It was cool air coming out, it just wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room. The shower had great water pressure; however, the drain was very slow & I do not prefer standing in water while bathing."

The hotel itself was excellent – a charming, authentic hotel full of character and situated in a beautiful location. What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. They were genuinely the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful hotel staff we have ever come across. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The warm hospitality, wonderful atmosphere, and perfect location made this a truly memorable trip. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future."
