"Guests are not allowed to use the refrigerator; if you want to use it, you have to pay 10 euros. I paid 250 euros per room per night. The minibar is off-limits; if you want to eat anything, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. Most five-star hotels include this in the room rate. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience."

"The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also adequately sized. All very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful recommending restaurants and explaining how to use the tram to get to the train station. Breakfast was nice and with good offerings. Location is perfect. "
