The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options. Service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Strasbourg.

The entire staff were remarkably supportive and friendly. The hotel is incredibly charming and welcoming. Even though the hotel is not updated it has everything you need including a restaurant and nice bar. They actually had a piano player in the evening one day and it was amazing! I highly recommend this Hôtel which is walking distance to its glorious cathedral!!

There is literally nothing negative that could be said about this lovely and perfect hotel. The rooms are beautiful, large, with every conceivable amenity. The staff extremely helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location. It is also miraculously quiet. HIGHLY recommend.

A really lovely hotel in a great location. The exterior / courtyard is old and stunningly beautiful while the interior of the hotel and the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Great hotel well located and amazing service.

Our room was amazing. They actually upgrated us (we did not even ask) and we got a very nice big room with a nice big window on the courtyard (see the big window on our picture). It was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. The service was great all around the hotel. Everyone we interacted with made you feel they were here to make your time better and they were very eager to help you with all you needed. The breakfast was amazing, only using very tasty local products. There was a lot of choices. The decor of the hotel was really nice. The hotel location was very good as well, close to the cathedral and we felt safe in the area. We had no issues. We had a great stay and will definitely come back on a next trip in Strasbourg.

Wonderful modern hotel in very old buildings

We had a very nice overnight stay while we explored Strasbourg. The hotel is in great condition, the room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel..

This was my third stay in the last decade and I would never stay anywhere else in Strasbourg. Wonderful location, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and 12 minutes from the opera, wonderful, friendly, multilingual helpful staff. Great breakfasts. A top notch hotel.

I can honestly say that this was one of the loveliest places we have ever visited. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The accommodations were comfortable and elegant.
