Cute hotel

Overall a lovely hotel in a great location close to Times Square and broadway but most of the staff we interacted with seemed miserable especially the breakfast staff. Rooms were small and the two full sized beds were pushed together to essentially make one big bed, would be weird if you weren’t traveling with family. The room service didn’t bother to clean our room even though we were gone all day. The bathroom situation was horrible. It was all frosted class looking into the room. So essentially you could watch your roommates showering. The door to the bathroom didn’t shut all the way. Overall very mixed feelings about this hotel.

No curtains on window. Could not use shades without blocking air conditioning. Bathroom was small with low tiny toilet. No fridge in room. Basic, clean place. Not bad just not great.
