Advertised clothes washer but there is not one on site! Luckily there is one within a 5min drive. But did not appreciate false advertising. Also, beds were completely ran through. Felt nothing but springs

Hotel dated and tired needs money spent on it. Spa old, lots of broken tiles, changing rooms old needs work done

Charming historic hotel near all the Cork attractions. A local we spoke to described it as “the nicest hotel in Cork” and I have to agree. The front desk is very focused on ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Definitely recommend if your travels bring you to this part of Ireland.

From the moment you arrive you’ll be made feel extremely welcome. Great friendly and helpful staff always in full view and willing to help with any inquiries you may have.There is a choice of restaurants within the resort plus a great little gastro pub within walking distance, but if needed the resort will drive you there. Great location and only 2 km from the Middleton to Youghal green way which is extremely well worth the trip. Great golfing on site also. Well worth a visit. Breakfast is excellent!

We stayed at the Dean Cork on a 8-day road trip around Ireland. Since we were driving a car we had hired, it took us a little bit of time to figure out the parking (in the train station parking lot). Staff at the Dean explained it to us and it made sense once we had parked. It was also easy to walk to the older part of Cork and to the English Market--maybe 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
