An old style hotel in a good central location. Had good heating (it’s winter) and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn but everything still works. Staff were nice.

They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's a great hotel de relax, the beach a close and amazing, the pool area calm and clean. The saff was just amazing I couldn't thank them enough for the stay they provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious also. I greatly recommended this hotel.

Excellent location (particularly if you are driving). Short walk into the old town and in a quiet location with a wonderful view. One of the better breakfast buffets of the trip. Staff were wonderful and the room was spacious. If I had any criticism, it would be that a sensitive sleeper may find the air conditioning a bit loud but I wouldn't think it's a problem for most. I would absolutely stay there again.

"We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time ..."
