We had a large group of friends and families (15 adults) staying here for the new years. The main upstairs area was very spacious and comfortable and we spent the majority of time there. There was lots of additional space in the basement but didn't end up using it. The pool table in the basement ...

Not bad but not great. Overall it seems like the hotel facilities are too small for the number of rooms. The eating area, pool and hot tub are all pretty small and busy. And the sound proofing sucks. Felt like I could hear every door shut in the hotel.
