"Check in went well—helpful staff. We appreciated the hot breakfast and the many options. Bed was comfortable.. Having the balcony outside our room with the creek running below was relaxing as we enjoyed the rocking chairs there after a busy day hiking in the mountains 😊"

"Very clean, staff was very helpful when needed, lots of activities within the resort. We got a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and traveled with 6 people (2 were small children) and we all enjoyed ourselves. 10/10 recommend "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!! "

"Pretty room. Microwave on our floor by the ice maker was very convenient. Inspiration phrases throughout the property was nice. Gathering area with tables was perfect for game nights with our family. Trolly service to Dollywood was very convenient and all the Dolly Parton memorabilia was neat. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Nice military discount for Dollywood tickets too!!"
