Cartagena Hidden Gem

The place is Amazing and.in a great location. The building is clean and staff are extremely nice and professional. The initial paperwork stated there is a deposit but later referred to it as s building fee. The fee you pay at the property has to be in cash and is not refunded. The fee is a building fee but well worth the amenities.
