NO A NADA BY SOHO

Cero recomendable, tener cuidado con todo lo que sea BY SOHO, llegamos a Cartagena y resultó que no teníamos habitaciones que por qué estaban en remodelación, cuando estas fueron pagadas con mes de anticipación, y nunca avisaron de nada, argumentan no tener convenio con HOTELS.com, después de muchas llamadas y discusiones nos asignaron otra estancia muuuy por debajo de la categoría pagada, si bien el servicio del personal que nos atendió fue excelente en el nuevo hotel, dejó mucho que desear, sin jabón de manos, sin televisión, muchos moscos, solicité un reembolso para cambio de hotel y nunca contestaron a la app NO A NADA QUE SEA BY SOHO
