The building is located in El Laguito, one of the safest neighborhoods in Cartagena, and just one block after the Caribe Hotel.

• Perfect for up to ten (10) guests.
• Private pool, jacuzzi and BBQ.
• 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 double bunk beds, and 2 trundle beds.
• Baby crib available upon request.
• Towels, bed linens, and pillows included.
• Refrigerator, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
• Gym (9:00 - 18:00).
• Free parking for one (1) vehicle.
• 24/7 building security and staff.

• You will find some water in the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one or two days. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.

• If you need additional cleaning services, please let us know. It has a cost of $25 USD.

• When arrival, all guests must show their ID at the front desk of the building and pay 40.000 COP (around $10 USD) as this building is located in a touristic area. If you are more than 6 people, then it would be 50.000 COP (around 13 USD). This has to be paid just once and it is for the whole group (Not for each person). Change or adding guests during the stay is not allowed..

• In the event that guests arrive at different times, it is necessary to notify this at least one (1) day prior to the initial reservation date and provide the names, ID, and estimated arrival date for each person. Otherwise, entry may not be authorized.

• Visitors, changing or adding guests during the stay is not allowed.

• The pool must be cleaned every two days. Please allow access to the person in charge. If you have plans that day, we will use our keys to enter and perform the cleaning.

• Neither the jacuzzi nor the pool have hot water. Cartagena is very hot all year, so almost no pool or jacuzzi in the city has a heater.
