Our room was clean and the kind size bed was so comfortable after a long trip from Canada. Ruben, Lynn and John at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast was good with omelettes made to your liking and we loved the hot milk for the delicious coffee. There is a 24 hour pharmacy right next door that also carries a few extras and the beach was just a nice walk. ,

The rooms are as picture very clean. Has closet and safe. Very nice pool and staff decent breakfast nice views and very close to the airport. Cons no hot water and to have a vistor it cost $62+ per visitor. Which is more than half a room.

The staff was amazing during our stay! Especially the concierge, Luis, he was able to help us book 2 more tours that we were interested in. The breakfast had a wide variety everyday and the pool view was beautiful. Additionally, our room was clean and when we needed something it was easy to contact the main lobby staff for items. Truly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is near various local restaurants and getting an uber was easy.

Staff is great limited options around the area. The only way to close the bathroom door you must step into the shower first or squeeze between the toilet and the vanity. It’s that tight in there. The view from the balcony is great.

My friends and I had a lovely time there. The staff were always friendly and welcoming — especially at breakfast and at the rooftop bar. The concierge team was also very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, dinner was disappointing, and the tour company located on-site was misleading. The “5 Island Tour” didn’t look anything like what was promised, and several of the advertised stops were missing 😭
