Llegué temprano 10 am y bien cansado al hotel, entiendo que el check in es a las 3, pero también deberían tener un poco de empatía con el cliente, solo iba ha estar hasta las 6 am del otro día. Me dijeron que me iban a preparar un desayuno express para llevar, un sandwichito y un jugo, cuando pregunto en el check out, me dicen que no tienen envases para prepararmelo, solo terminé yéndome y punto. Mal servicio "
