"The staff were incredibly kind, professional and team players in this cozy little boutique hotel where we were made to feel immediately at home with their delicious and plentiful breakfasts made right on the spot, fresh and nutritious! We would like to send out a special shout out to their 2 in house chefs, And front desk staff who first received us, namely Ronaldo… and them Maria, Daniel and Sebastian . Huge thanks for your amazing hospitality! We loved the little gym equipped simply to make you sweat with a work out! The location was central and super handy to all historic sights"

"Our stay at Hotel Santa Catalina was truly unforgettable, made even more special as we celebrated our wedding there. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our wedding reception was absolutely magical, with a breathtaking view of the Torre del Reloj that created the perfect romantic atmosphere for such an important night in our lives. The setting, ambiance, and attention to detail made it an experience we will cherish forever. The entire staff was extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The food was spectacular — delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities throughout the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it twice, including once after our Rosario Islands tour was canceled. We are so glad we did, as the hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near many of the city’s main attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We would especially like to thank Odalis and Miguel at the front desk, who were consistently courteous and helpful; Guillermo and Wilmar from La Terraza, who always made us feel welcomed; Jennifer from housekeeping for keeping our room clean and fresh; and Stephanie from sales for her support and professionalism.
