In a word, amazing. Stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite; two beautiful rooms and a kitchen connected by a beautiful private courtyard. Comfort and design were fantastic. Good service and onsite dinning as well.

This hotel definitely is a great balance of beauty and budget. The value is amazing. Accommodations looked nice, the connected restaurant had yummy food and outstanding complimentary breakfast. We had issues with one of the ACs in our rooms, but the staff was attentive and attempted to find solutions. I’d recommend!

Staff excellent and hospitable. Suite with partial kitchenette needed for our longer stay. Most guests just two or three days. Full breakfast with lots of fruit and choice of main plate. Location excellent for touring within walled city, local restaurants and neighbouring Getsemani. Locals so gracious. Spanish really added to experience.

Stayed for three nights in a very nice suite by the courtyard on the main floor. This hotel is right in the middle of the action of Cartagena yet is very quiet. Loved the high ceilings and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Two plunge pools on the rooftop were very relaxing in pool after a long hot day. I definitely would stay here again next time in Cartagena.
