By the time we were called back and given the actual location we could not even enjoy our room because it was not cleaned from previous guests and now we had to wait while it was cleaned. All that I received for compensation was no additional fee for late check out. "

"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

"Great location a few blocks away fro the hi- line and subway. The host provided all necessities including several inflatable mattresses linens and towels. Apartment is on 2nd floor for easy access. Would definitely stay here again "
