Adorable Cottage Style Home near Lake Point- Hospital & Lake Allatoona
- This cute home has the privacy and feels like the country yet is only 1 mile from interstate I-75. Less than 10 minutes to Piedmont Hospital and numerous attractions. The convenience can't be beat.
Enjoy the relaxation on three fourths wrap around deck. Outdoor table and chairs face a wooded backyard and fairy fountain.
The kitchen and breakfast area are an open design that leads to a comfy living room. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with a garden tub.
There is a finished basement with a fuse ball table, small ping pong games and extra futon for sitting and sleeping. Also, a laundry room with an entrance through the garage. Great to have on a rainy day.
