  • Beautifully renovated spacious home in a quiet and safe family neighborhood. Home features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full living rooms, large kitchen, fenced yard, a large deck, and stainless steel grill that is perfect for cooking out. Finished garage features 14 pinball machines for you and your fellow guests to enjoy during your stay. Home has HIGH speed wireless internet service 600 Mbps and complimentary YouTubeTV streaming service. Home is located in a community with a neighborhood pool. As you enter the subdivision, you are welcomed by a large stocked fishing pond. For BEST response to questions or concerns about the property, please text the owner during your stay. Home is 12 minutes to Lakepoint Sports facility.
    The property adjoins an 1800s family cemetery. Its hardly visible from the house or yard unless you are looking for it. If you are a history buff and want to research the "Smith" family, you can find limited information on Google. If you fearful of cemeteries, this is not the house for you.
