"The room was small, but very clean. I was travelling by myself so the size of the room was not a problem, however it would be tight for 2 people. There are several food options in the building. Location is in the heart of the IU campus and just a few minutes walk to downtown. The room had a refrigerator. But it lacked a microwave. "

"Host was very accommodating and house was better than expected. Pictures don't do this place justice. This place is very unique and very well decorated. Interesting memorabilia everywhere you look. Definitely feels like home. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a well stocked home and the decor was amazing. The temp was 60 degrees inside the cabin when we arrived and it took several hours to get to a comfortable temp. The fenced in yard was also a plus for our dogs."

"Great house to be while Bloomington is your base"

"We had our two dogs with us, and they loved the place. It is just beautiful! The owners were on-site; but this apartment is above their garage, and we didn't cross paths at all. Recommendation: Don't bring a lot of things to carry. The owners did state up-front that there are a lot of stairs. There are pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, serving pieces, and flatware. The floors are hardwood and tile in the bathroom. There are two closets, a chest of drawers, and a dresser in the bedroom. Lots of storage in the kitchen and bathroom. Towels and bath rugs are provided. There is a huge refrigerator and stove, dishwasher, and microwave, and an island with bar stools and a bar sink. The fireplace is electric. The entire place is farmhouse/industrial as far as decorations and fixtures. There are two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. The entire apartment has wooden clapboard walls, pitched ceilings, and window curtains. Just gorgeous! "

"Perfect for a large group of friends. Offers big gathering spaces plus lots of rooms to allow for privacy. Beautiful setting, close to Lake Monroe and only 12 minutes to College Mall area. We thoroughly enjoyed it. "

"Host was outstanding and the place was very comfortable with a nice deck outside overlooking wooded area. The third bedroom had a comfortable bed, but no closet and was small. Acceptable if explained forehanded.The inside is 180 degree's from the outside in appearance.The amenities were great."

"Check in/check out process was super easy. We had everything we needed, except for trash bags, which we were able to get from the office. All linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans were provided. There is a stove, but no oven. I’d advise against buying food from the convenience store down the road from the campground, but if you do, check the expiration dates on everything. I’d definitely check out Lake Monroe. It is stunning! We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the mattress is pretty uncomfortable. "
