"Beautiful location, booked a junior suite. Be sure to ask where your room is before you commit. Our "water view" was a tiny bit of water with the building across the street as our main view. Hotel is upscale and clean but our shower door stuck (causing over-spill), our shower drain cover was unattached exposing screws, our safe didn't work, and figuring out lighting was a chore every night. Hairdryer would not work in the only outlet near mirror unless we turned most of the other lights off. We are travelers...I expected more for the price of the room. We did tell staff about the safe and they offered to come up but by the third night it was just not worth it. I am Expedia platinum, and at least expected a decent view. We did not have our breakfast included so we ate at a cafe next door for 20 euro instead of 50. Some interactions with front desk staff were great, others were less than enthusiastic. "

"Fantastic location and the hotel was gorgeous. Room was well appointed and the rooftop bar was better than restaurants in the area. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!"

"Our stay was amazing. In the perfect location - so easy to get around and close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool area was gorgeous and quaint. Staff was also extremely welcoming and kind and accommodating for any needs through the stay. Highly, highly recommend."

"location super relaxing, specially first thing in the morning waking up with birds singing-priceless!! Very comfortable bed and also pillows. Supplied bathrobes but had to ask for slippers. Breakfast was ok, not a massive variety but was enough, a couple of times the eggs looked like was sitting there for long time, but i asked for a fresh ones and that was provided. Staff was somehow ok, not the most polite and informative i have come across, but if you ask a question they will answer you. Room/apartment was spacious but bathroom was small. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor a couple of times i had to clean it myself, one time i left a dirty kitchen cloth on the bathroom floor with dirty bath towels for this to be changed and that was picked up for the floor and put back again in the kitchen, that's was extremely bad of the cleaners doing that! I had to go to reception to complain and they sent a clean one. "
