The hotel itself is new. The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable.
I did find the location a bit too far from everything. It is a solid 20 min walk to the main area. There also isn’t an outdoor area to enjoy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and comfortable. I was even surprised with a note and a dessert delivered to my room.
It’s a great hotel, I wish it was closer to the attractions.

Great apartment, spacious enough for us and our baby. Apartment backed onto the pool which was perfect for us. Only thing we weren't aware of is that the garden and pool area is shared with a restaurant next door so in the evening there are restaurant diners in the garden. Although they say you can still use the area, we felt a bit uncomfortable going out there because it was a quiet dining atmosphere.

When we got there late at night the front desk officer helped us to get a "diner" from the restaurant which was almost closing. The other front desk officer (lady) was very helpfull to guide us how to buy tickets ..."

"Was Warmley welcome by the lovely female receptionist, she went out of her way to make my stay pleasant after i had a rough start for my day. Room was lovely. Hotel v clean and spacious.excellent location. Modern, love there was a chapel in the hotel. Nice Bar too that stay open until mid night."
