Situated 50 meters from Paraíso beach, and 500 meters from the picturesque Carvoeiro Beach, I rent T1 equipped for a good holiday in a quiet area. Consisting of 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace with table and chairs, private parking (capacity 2 adults or 2 adults with one child). Cleaning and change of clothes once a week. Prices vary by month! If you are looking for something with these features, do not hesitate, contact for more information.

The accomodation is perfect. Quite close to the city centre and the main beach. The house has everything you need for your staying: parking in the property, kitchen with all appliances. huge bathroom with shower, A/C, WiFi and TV set. Lovely place, highly recommended

Perfect place to stay

Nice quiet basement apartment that has a great location a 10 minute amble to the center of town. There is a well appointed kitchen so you can cook in if you like, but the place is steps away from a store and several very good places to eat

Great stay in Carvoerio, just a little off the beaten path

We had a lovely time in Carvoeiro. The apartment was perfect for our 5 days. Having the kitchen to make a meal or two was awesome. Might be nice to have a few more condiments available but everything was great. A bit of a walk to the main beach and strip of restaurants, etc but we didn't mind that as we prefer not to be in the busy parts. The host Maria Jose was very warm, kind and accommodating.

Wonderful stay in Carvoeiro

Mathis apartment is perfect for 2 people and well located, short walk to beach and center of town. It is immaculate inside and out. Kitchen is very well stocked and a steady supply of clean towels. Our host Maria, is wonderful.

Lovely, well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Very quiet but with perfect access to town centre with the added bonus of sea views. Only negative for us was the hard bed.

A little gem!

The photos on VRBO don’t do this property justice - We choose it for its location as we wanted to be close to town but we were so surprised on arrival at the beautiful view of the Atlantic from our huge terrace. Inside is very charming and very well equipped. Maria is a delight and looks after you like family. A steep hill to town but worth every step!

Fabulous!!!

This was a fabulous stay. We had originally booked the Trivoli 5 star resort but chose to stay here instead and are so thankful we did. Beautiful secluded and quiet beach across the road, walking distance (10 min) to main beach with shops and restaurants. Grocery store 5 minute walk up the hill. Absolutely perfect stay with ocean view from the terrace where we ate breakfast every morning. Maria is a wonderful host, and we highly recommend this property. We will be back!

A perfect apartment and host

This was close to the ultimate holiday experience. An excellent apartment for two, well kept and in perfect distance from the beach and stores. The host, Maria jose, did everything in her mind to help us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. Her son even picked us up and drove us to the railway station upon arrival and departure. We came in late in the evening and she had arranged for some evening meal for us since the grocery shops were closed. She even came in with some home made biscuits during our stay. Thank You Maria and Your ever so helpful son

A wonderful location and a perfect home. Maria is the best host ever, making sure you have everything to make your stay perfect. Market, restaurants and beach are walking distance. If you are wanting to see other beaches a car is a must.

A lovely stay with a brilliant host

We loved our stay at Maria's sea view apartment. The apartment is well stocked with everything you could need, the bed is comfy and it's spotless and clean. You can sit outside in the sun and look out onto the sea. The beach is just a short walk away. Maria was a brilliant host, she looked after us so well. I couldn't recommend it enough.

This is a great place to spend a few days to see the caves and the beautiful landscape. Everything was as presented online. The weather didn't cooperate for our stay but otherwise all was enjoyable.

The absolute best

Everything was perfect. Maria, the host, is so warm and welcoming. The apartment feels like a home. It is cozy and comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen has everything needed for a long term stay. The location couldn’t be better. Quiet. The view from the patio is beautiful and two famous beaches are only minutes walk away. It is a short drive to some of the best known cliff walks in the Algarve.

What a hidden gem!

The location of this unit is excellent. Five minute walk to Carvoeiro's gorgeous beach and shops, 2 minute walk to local supermarket and several restaurants. No need to stress about parking as there is street parking available. Maria is so sweet and she looks after you like your grandmother would. We plan on coming back and this is where we plan on staying.
