This 3,500 sq ft home features breath taking views with over 3,200 feet of outdoor covered decks with built in gas fireplace and outdoor ping pong table, cornhole & 2 hammocks. The panoramic views include both beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Property details and amenities are designed for the discriminating renter looking for first class accommodations. GRILLING: Do not deep fry, or cook with oil on the gas grill. DO NOT COOK BACON on the gas grill - it will catch on fire.
There is a starter supply of bath tissue for bathrooms. We are on a septic tank. DO NOT FLUSH FEMININE PRODUCTS OR FLUSHABLE WIPES - only TP.
PLEASE, ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED BEFORE IT IS PUT IN THE GARBAGE CONTAINERS OUTSIDE. Trash must also be brought up from the dock.
