"Convenient if you are seeing a concert at Pechanga Arena. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there. Homeless in the parking lot. Rude staff. Booked a king bed and was given 2 queens. Parking is an additional $20. The sink is in the main bedroom so if you are getting ready to leave the lights need to be on. The elevator service had expired 2 years ago. "

"A few of the staff were very nice. The worst part of this hotel is that the air conditioning smells like mold. I had to change rooms and it still smelled bad. When you walk outside and you go around the corner and there’s an air-conditioning unit sticking out of the wall it smells horrible and it has like looks like black mold. Plus the cleaners start making noise at 5:30am Not a pleasant stay "

"I would have given 5 stars if parking was free and we had a blow dryer in our room. I had to ask for one the next day but they brought it to the room in like 10mins. Breakfast was great..we all loved the yogurt, sausage and omelette..and honestly they had a lot of options for breakfast. For the price we paid it was worth it. I liked that their laundry room is across from the pool area so I was able to throw my laundry in while the kids were swimming. We had the room with the bunk bed in it and it was exactly what i needed for me and my 3 girls. We all got a bed to ourselves. I will suggest to have more comfortable pillows for the queen beds because they were pretty flat but my kids had fluffier pillows and slept pretty good. It’s about 9-14mins from SeaWorld. Overall we enjoyed it.."
